Let us take for example the case of a elder gentleman of 77 years, who was complaining of pains in the rectal area, until finally he went to a consultation. The consultation revealed inversed triangles, brown and black squares. On the diagnostic list appeared adenocarcinom. It was recommended:
   - a blood exam;
   - eventually tumour markers;
   - a call to the family doctor.
